(Free elimination of defects in the goods (hereinafter referred to as the Products) within the established warranty period).
This receipt has the force of a one-time Agreement between the Contractor and the Customer (Consumer).
1. The Customer (Consumer) agrees that the Product is accepted by the Contractor without preliminary disassembly, without checking for internal damage, and instrumental checking for defects. The description of the defect(s) and/or manifestation of the defect(s) of the product is recorded according to the Customer (Consumer) at the time of acceptance of the product.
2. During the acceptance of the goods for warranty repair, the Contractor, in the presence of the Customer (Consumer), checks the consumer properties of the goods, their completeness, appearance, serial number, date of manufacture, the presence of the manufacturer's or the Contractor's seals (on behalf of the manufacturer) and warranty cards and establishes the presence of the declared defect.
3. Belonging to warranty repair is determined by the Contractor only after disassembly, inspection, and diagnostics of the product. If the defect of the product belongs to the warranty repair, the Customer (Consumer) gives his consent to the repair/replacement of the product in accordance with the procedure for warranty service.
4. The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer (Consumer) to carry out a warranty repair of the Product if it is revealed that the Customer (Consumer) does not comply with the operating rules established by the Manufacturer. In the event of a failure of the Product due to the fault of the Customer (Consumer) (non-compliance with the rules of operation), the absence of seals or protective elements provided for in the operational documents, a warranty card, the Customer (Consumer) loses the right to warranty service. In this case, the Contractor, at the request of the Customer (Consumer) and if possible, can perform service maintenance of the product at the expense of the Customer (Consumer) in accordance with the existing prices for post-warranty service.
5. In the case of the periodic nature of the manifestation of the declared defect(s) of the goods, the beginning of the warranty repair is considered the day the Contractor shows such a defect.
6. The Parties (Customer (Consumer) and Contractor) agree to extend the warranty repair period up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the product by the Contractor in the absence of spare parts necessary for repair.
7. The Contractor is not responsible for possible loss of any information of the Customer (Consumer) in the products; for the loss of the software installed by the Customer (Consumer) in the products; for damage to the protective glass, film and/or other additional accessories installed by Customer (Consumer) that are not included in the manufacturer's delivery set.
8. If, during the diagnostics by the service center, no malfunctions and/or defects in the goods were found or the detected defects/malfunctions are not a warranty case and are associated with a violation of the operating conditions of the equipment, the cost of diagnostics is paid by the Client at the general rates of the service center.
9. I voluntarily agree to the limited liability company "iSupport" identification code --------, address: --------, for the collection and processing of my personal data in file cabinets and/or through an information and telecommunication system in order to implement the consumer rights provided for by the legislation of Georgia, accounting and tax accounting, to prepare, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, statistical, reporting, administrative information on the implementation of consumer rights.
